I love spicy foods. Two of my favs from that region are Jambalaya and shrimp creole. There are a couple of restaurants around here that pretend to be cajun or creole food, but they’re a total joke. My version of those foods are much better. I used to get killer food like that in TN, but it’s just not available around here at all, unless you make it yourself.
I love spicy food too. I have only had something too spicy once. Some red curry chicken from a street vendor in Thailand. Sandwich bag of it with a twist tie on top. Holy sweet jesus it was too hot to eat. I had to dilute it with a bunch of rice and whatever else I had on hand when I got it back to the place I was renting.

Indiana is basically made up of people who went there from Appalachia in the days of the now Rust belt factory revolution. The most grating thing about that to me is that those are performances. I think the guy who made that film (DA Pennebaker) also did “Jazz on a Summer’s Day” (looks again) No. He did that famous Bob Dylan movie and the Monterey Pop doco tho (where the Hells Angels killed somebody). That guy was everywhere.
That above-linked movie (jazz on a summer’s day – 1960) really is worth watching, tho. Its wonderful even if you’re not particularly interested in the music; it captures the place/time/culture in a very intimate and revealing way.

A customer dashboard for the most part. A way for customers to request quotes, upload specs, check job progress, etc. I actually have a rather long list of functions I’d love to have someday but my budget isn’t huge.
Ok. You’re asking for dynamic functionality which might require coding, depending on how ‘custom’ you want it to be. Do you have anything like this now as a start? Just asking so that I might be able to give some guidance. I definitely do not have time to take on any new projects right now.
The request quotes can be simple enough, because that can just be an email, as upload specs can be. But when you get to tracking this, especially jog progress and you want to automate that, now you’re talking data storage and workflow.
I know I’m not the only dev here, so maybe someone else can be more helpful. Could even be something out of the box that will work for you.
I have SOME stuff that I’ve tried to do – learning javascript and php while trying to get it done lead to it being kinda cruddy. Unfortunately most of it was on a hard drive that failed.
Given a day or two I could probably recreate the bits of it that worked.
